Terms of Service – Customers

These Terms govern the use of Octoplan by Customers (“you,” “your”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Octoplan enables Customers to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with Providers via website, phone, WhatsApp, and mobile applications. Octoplan acts as an intermediary and payment facilitator but is not a contracting party to the services provided by Providers.

2. Customer Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.
• You agree not to misuse the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities.
• You consent to the use of cookies and, if using the mobile app, to the collection of location data if you enable location features.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments are facilitated through Octoplan and processed by Stripe.
• Fees, service charges, and cancellation terms are determined by Providers and displayed prior to booking.
• By booking, you agree to the applicable Provider’s cancellation policy.
• Octoplan acts as a payment intermediary only and is not responsible for the quality or execution of Provider services.

4. Data and Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and may request deletion at any time.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Octoplan is not liable for disputes between Customers and Providers, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
